At Bee-Positive Behavioral Services, Inc., we are committed to providing families, clients, and the broader community with clear, accurate, and transparent information about the services we offer. Our organization exclusively provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in alignment with evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines. We do not offer services outside the scope of ABA. All of our communication
channels—including our organization’s website, written materials, and marketing
content—are carefully reviewed to ensure they clearly and consistently reflect this focus.

We take pride in delivering specialized, high-quality ABA therapy grounded in scientific
literature and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

All services provided by Bee-Positive Behavioral Services, Inc. are delivered by qualified
professionals credentialed in the field of behavior analysis. Services are implemented by
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the direct supervision of Board Certified
Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our materials clearly identify the role of each team member in service delivery, and we do not advertise or assign providers outside their credentialed scope of practice. Where applicable, we clarify provider credentials, roles, and the nature of their supervision to maintain transparency and uphold ethical standards.

Furthermore, our written and digital materials make realistic and evidence-based claims
about the expected outcomes of ABA treatment. We recognize that progress varies based on individual needs, family involvement, and treatment intensity. While we aim to maximize each client’s potential, we do not make unfounded guarantees or suggest universal timelines for success. Instead, we focus on delivering measurable, data-driven outcomes and partnering closely with families to define meaningful progress.

We are dedicated to keeping our stakeholders informed and empowered through
accessible, up-to-date, and honest communication about the services we provide and how we provide them.
